IPod Shuffle

Postby Toks » Tue Oct 30, 2007 4:05 pm

Someone bought me an I Pod Shuffle a couple of years ago and I've only used it a few times. Despite charging it over night yesterday it only came on briefly for about a minute then switched off. Can you replace the batteries in these things or is it now officially dead. I was told if you fail to use them for long periods of time this is what happens :?
I doubt its worth the bother Sylv.

Thanks Sean! ( :?: )

I think you can have the batteries replaced if you leave it at an Apple shop, but yeah might not be worth the hassle.

I just found out the other day that CanCom near East Croydon is now closed, so I'll have to go to Regent Street now.

Its not that difficult to replace the battery. I've done it for a few people!
I doubt its worth the bother Sylv. They looked sealed to me and anyway the newer smaller ones have even better flash (aaa haa, savior of the universe!) memory. Go on, you know you want to.

I have one too and it nolonger works with the iTunes i have on the PC.
Go easy on him Sylv it takes a while to get used to being a Daddy and it can affect you in many ways. Cheers everyone. I think it was a USB port that didn't have any power running to it on my old laptop. Its charging nicely now on my new one.
