Goals for 2008, help George get up to 1st cat, try and keep the weight off so that I can get up the hills a bit quicker, do the Marmotte and get thirty something points in 3rd cats again. And teach my little girl to ride her bike without stabilisers.

Cheers

Marek....

There's always the 24-hour Paul, won't be doing one of those for a couple of years, or you could always try going a bit faster than me  (hope George isn't reading this :!: )

1. Do a 26 min 10 TT.
2. Complete the Dragon Ride and get a respectable time.
3. Go in loads more cafes on the L2P and make the three route Paris rendevous.
4. Do a sub 5 hrs RoFL.
5. Do the 7oaks Sprint Tri in under 2 hrs.
6. Get a Lejog ride on the cards for 2009.

And in general start the season fitter and stronger on the hills. Good start then ;)
