Ooooo, not bling, but nice, oddly? Spotted near the Place Des Vosges last Sunday.

Very nice Snoop.

Just wondered if there's anything you saw in Paris last weekend that I shouldn't miss...??

Cheers,

Errrmmmm. They've moved the big wheel up from the bottom of the jardin de tuileries to the place de la concorde. It's worth a spin, great aerial views of Paris, including the trifle tower of course. Other than that we enjoyed a walk along the seine as the road next to the river is closed to traffic except bikes, sk8ers and pedestrians. Go from the louvre down to Notre Dame then head towards Place Des Vosges and sample all kinds of delicious grub in various delis and eateries along Rue Rivoli if I recall correctly.

Yum!

Also found this - shame the magasin was fermé as I'd have really liked a closer look. Love the handlebars!

velo shop is on Blvd Beaumarchais south of La Place de la republique. If you get to rue du chemin vert you gone too far

If you like japanese food try Isami on Quai Orleans (nr-ish notre dame)

Cheers Snoop

Not much of a fan of Japanese food, went there a few years ago and just about managed to avoid going hungry. Some of its ok, Teriyaki (sp) if I remember rightly was good.

Looking forward to some proper, if Parisianly overpriced, croque monsieurs/madames!
