2. Complete the Dragon Ride and get a respectable time.
3. Go in loads more cafes on the L2P and make the three route Paris rendevous.
4. Do a sub 5 hrs RoFL.
5. Do the 7oaks Sprint Tri in under 2 hrs.
6. Get a Lejog ride on the cards for 2009.
And in general start the season fitter and stronger on the hills. Good start then
