On my commute to work this morning I spotted a new statue on the south side of Lambeth Bride.

It was a really nice sculture of two cyclists. They had iron work bikes and the cyclists looked to be made from leaves and bits of trees. I guess signifying the environmental benefits of cycling.

I was amazed that people are celebrating cycling in this way.....I have never seen this type of thing anywhere in this country...

Yes it's cool Graham it looks almost Identical to the statue on a roundabout just before Bedoin with Mont Ventoux looming in the background, they must have had a job lot done.

I do think think this roundabout is very dangerous for cyclists especially with the bendy (death) buses swinging round too.

this went up around the time of the tour I think, it's been there a few months anyway (on my commute to work) if I figure it correctly
