the 13 September is the presidents 10 and the 27th is the hill climb, so how about Sat 20th?

Good by me as long as it doesn;t clash with any regional race stuff which might draw riders away - although judging by last saturday the ACC event is more likely to be a bigger event than a Surrey League stage race in a couple of years

those practice races marek organsised last year were great fun, and a real good intro into racing.

and dont worry if you think you will be dropped, we handicapped them. so you get to ride with people of your own ability.

i would love to do more of these over the winter again. there good training too!

The most appropriate circuit is, of course, the one used on the final day of the Surrey League Revolutions. It incorporates a few laps of the Ladies Mile circuit plus a few, other nearby drags too.... IMHO it is absolutely ideal for the club championships. Plus it is very picturesque and ideal for spectators.

I agree Tony, but somehow think that lightweight chaps like us might be muscled out of the decision

That is also my main point of using a short and flattish circuit.

I appreciate that it is not to the A racers liking, but can you imagine the B race being blown apart on Norwood Hill and struggling for 12 miles to get back to the finish in ones and twos
