So come on then - admit it!! One of us does, the other doesn't. Heated debate going down in the snoop household

When you wear no pants with your strides why do they call it going commando?

Well the last time I wore PJs was to a PJ party around a gazillion years ago. I bought a nice dark green silk pair from M&S, they had white spots. Anyhoo - went to the party, played pin the kn*b on Lenny Kravitz and other party games.

One of the games was where you all sat round in a circle throwing a die. When you got a six you had to put on some old clothes and then cut up a bar of chocolate with knife & fork and eat it. You carried on until someone else got a six, whereupon you removed the hat, gloves, scarf etc and passed to that person (and so on). We were all very drunk and this was much funnier than it sounds (honest  ). One of the guys in the circle had to relnquish his go and he took off said items of clothes and chucked 'em back in the middle - along with his false leg! Master stroke - hardly anyone knew he had a falsie - he he.

I took the PJs back to M&S the following day and after some major haggleage - I got my money back. Never been near a pair since.

A term used to describe the condition of one not wearing underwear. Presumably from the idea that Commandos don't wear underwear, or don't have the ability to maintain clean underwear so they go without.

netsharc says: I think it's because commandos go alone, without "support".

Ow's that Jon?

I usually go commando

I remember an embarrassing incident back in 2002 at Munich hotel. I had one too many drinks the night before, to cap off a weeks conference at the venue.

I awoke bewildered in the early hours in my hotel room and wanted to relieve myself.

I stumbled to the bathroom door opened it and walked through, it slammed shut behind, only thing was it wasn't the bathroom, I was now standing in the corridor starkers.

I tried to open the door but the latch was locked, so I had to make my way in the lift down to the reception to get let back in
