Can any of you help wit this

My outlook and thunderbird both wont send emails but will receive. I can send via tisacli mailserver but tis is less easy because does not include my full address book. Outlook and Thunderbird both return the same message of excessive spam traffic. After doing some test recommended by tiscali i get error 554 returned and tiscali say I should go back to my supplier - i have XP any ideas?

Not so much PLAGIARISM, Mo, as a reason PC owners give themselves for not having the common sense to have invested in a mac in the first place!

BTW does anyone have any tips for downloading the new windows live hotmail as the old versions not letting me log in to view my e-mails!

Causing much annoyance.

Sure there's a simple answer out there somewhere. Any ideas? :?:

Thanks Marco - perfect answer and very clear. My ISP is Tiscali and this makes sense. I guess the only annnoyance is that all my addresses are on outlook or thunderbird and the Tiscali mailserver seems to want you to add new addresses one by one which is v time consuming.

As for macs my new PC laptop cost 300 pounds .... dah!

Internet access has been slow in coming to Peru and, at a top rate of 17bps, many visitors still find that postcards, actually arrive quicker than their emails.
Despite this, numerous e-cafe's have sprung up in most of the larger cities, however, these facilities attract a somewhat disreputable crowd of web users who spend many hours logged onto Peru's most visited internet site http://www.nudigurlz.com.pe

So far George I have not found this to be the case. I have frequent skype calls to my family and internet is generally reliable. Although wireless is quite rare I am using it now to good effect. The Internet cafes seem to be different for different groups - the one that I sometimes go to is fine but one round the corer is mainly games players.

best wishes
