lol. just saw them out day, where I train (I know, it was a rare feeling)

the kit is very good. Met a few Paragon riders, and De Ver and Addiscombe.

For those who dont know what it looks like:

its basically 'Rasta' colours.

If you can't get out on a saturday the sunday rides from Crystal Palace are a good option. Their rides begin at the cafe (St Germain I think) opposite the Crystal Palace Tower. Be prepared though, although they're a nice friendly bunch they may not wait for you if you have a puncture so check at the beginning with them at the beginning. Also get yourself in the right group cause sometimes there's two different ones: fast and steady. I know Lincoln from Brixton cycles :D

If you go along a few times you get a feel for who is up for similar rides.

I learnt several fantastic rides in Kent from riding with different groups of people.

I haven't been for ages but will be along in the winter to up the miles.

Lincoln, Judith, Gordon, and Stephen Trickett from BC are all very approachable and have great ride knowledge.

Everton and Mike who are friends of DeVere are also good guys. Mike often swept up stragglers when I went out from there.
Even though he seems to spend all year riding with a 11-23!
