A word from your nutrionist - Losing weight at the rate of 1lb per week is about the ideal. Anything more than that is usually not sustainable (ie you'll put it straight back on).
Also - In a control group of elite athletes - weight loss upwards of 1lb per week was concurrent with significant loss of muscular endurance and power. The more weight lost in the shortest possible period - the greter the fall-off in performance.
So get yourself straight back down the Indian young lady and quit these ridiculous weight-loss regimes - You're a role model for other women in the club you know
