In that case I'd advise you also get an appointment with a specalist (through your GP)

If the physio doesn't cure it - at least you've already set wheels in motion - there can be a lot of waiting around in cases like this

Hope its not too serious

[quote]Ive got knee trouble at the moment and mine is due to the kneecap not tracking properly which is probably due to muscle imbalances. I tend to get this every year when I get back into training.

Me too, and I thought I was the only one. It is my left knee and the "cure" is to do sessions riding up a long drag just using my left leg. After about 4 weeks it is usually fine, but did get a slight flare up after the 12.

I will get my GP - who has Emmanuelle Béart's eyes - to refer me to Metis, and ask to see Mike. If that's not enough, I'll see a knee specialist.

Of course not - Sylv's GP has them. By the way, what is Ms Béart using for occular function now?

Think very carefully before having an arthroscopy. Surgery tends to lead to more surgery.

I'll show you how to tape your knee if you want.
