just wanted some personal advice seen as your the expert..ive been of the bike for about two weeks now due to operations in the mouth, and the fact that i was being told i look like ive just finished my season, not about to start! anyway, i feel so good, im all relaxed, feel really healthy again, and smiling!
im going to start training again this saturday, is it possible to get fit enough for the 3 day over easter.i dont expect to be winning, but at least finish top half of the field, or for this standard would i have to push myself to hard>?
