Cassettes: what ratios for 19mph group?

What ratios are you guys in the 19mph group running?
12-25?

I'm running a broad range of gears and is a bit awkward sometimes.

12/25, 11/23, 13/26. 30/40/50/triple 39/53 dbl or 34/50.

on a 40 tooth ring and a 12/25 10spd cassette i can pedal comfortably up to about 25 mph.

smaller tooth jumps will help with your cadence as you will always find a comfortable gear.

As the club run does not have any significant hills ( even for me!) an 11/23 covers all.

53/39 x 13/26 is my normal setup and will cover the CR, and just about any other UK ride, bar big hill sportives where a smaller gear would help your legs last. I've done the CR on 53/39 x 11/21 after a TT without any problem, as Ian says, there's no real hills, certainly nothing long enough to need a small gear for.

I've been running 39/52 and a 12-27 9 speed cassette.

Over the last few weeks I've started to notice that I never go below 4th at the rear, so I think a closer ratio cassette will be in order when I next change the chain and cassette.

Talking about cassettes what ratio should I get on my disc wheel for TT's.

I have got a 11-23 to go on there but I keep hearing talk about 11-21's which would mean nice close ratio changing to help keep the cadence similar when changing.

But one challeng with the lenticular disc wheel is that I have noticed that the jockey wheelcage on the rear deralier is touching the disc on the largest rear cog of the rear cassette.
Although I probably won't be using this gear much in TT's if I adjust the inside limit on the deralier so it doesn't rub on the disc then on the large front chain-ring it won't shift into the large cog on the cassette and in the small front chain-ring it does shift but is noisey thereafter.

Any Ideas on this one because if I do fit a 11-21 cassette I will be realistically riding a 11-20 if the disc keeps getting in the way

You would be surprised when riding TT that you hardly ever change down and if you're running 53 * 11,12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17 I doubt you'll need more than that, unless going up a mountain in which case use the inner chainring (I'll show you how to do that )
39 * 13 is slightly lower than 53 * 17.

I'm surprised it rubs on the disc - which one have you got? Could be the chain is not the right length.

I run a 11-21 9 speed cassette on my TT bike with a 54-42 chainset.
I normally start in 54x17, and for flatish TTs won't get back into that gear until after I've crossed the finish line. But for hilly spoco courses I'll use the full range from 54x11 to 42x21.
