No can do Rob,
Got that little thing called work on most days except 2 (Saturday & Sunday)!
Plus i'm recovering from possibly the worst race conditions i've ever ridden in.
The 'Wally Gimber' was a nightmare, it rained, it hailed and it was soooo damn windy. Finished above all but one Pacific Tel. rider (Ibbo) who placed 4th.

Once again, not bad for a little fella

Best of luck on the come back trail, i'm doing hills Wednesday if you're interested?

See you out round the traps.

Don't you have a BCF race calendar Rob? You should have pre-entered races right up to the end of April by now. Go to the BCF homepage to find the online one if you've misplaced yours.
ACC even have someone that will do all the hard work like sending entry forms off etc, so there's no excuse!

I'll be doing 7 or eight big climbs including Titsey and a few leading to there. Then i'll be climbing up church hill (Caterham) over the other side and turm around, I think it's called White hill. Either way, it's a killer.

Will be riding past Butlers around 6.30pm and returning no earlier that 9.

Let me know if you want in.

rob, try and follow big migs lead, if he spins, you spin, if he stands up, you stand up... if he sprints... dig in and sprint....
dont push too big a gear, try and average around 100-110 rpm.

and guys, make sure you drink plenty.
