True Steve, it isn?t about beating the Pacific team.
It is about proving to the people who doubted my ability as a cyclist that they were wrong. It is also about showing the same people who neglected to put my name forward or even tell me what was going on, that they made a mistake which will come back to haunt them.

I have nothing against PT in fact, I respect all the riders in the team. It?s good to see that a team like PT is willing to invest in cycling?s future by supporting a 17y.o like Will (don?t know his surname).

One of the reasons Ibbo?s break stayed away on Sunday was the relentless chasing down of breaks by Steve Bayless. I tried to escape a few times only to find Steve within 5mm of my rear wheel. He did this for every attack for a good 50 miles! And he was on his cross bike!!! Gotta admire a guy that can do that, I certainly do.

I enjoyed sprinting with you on Saturday out at Horne, you can really crank out the power.

Big Mig

I think that everyone who managed to finish on Sunday in such terrible conditions deserves a pat on the back.

I think Big Mig did very well to finish such a high quality race. It's never easy racing against better riders and it's made even harder in the wet conditions. Where did you finish Big Mig? The results only seem to go down to 26th. Surely it's a bit of a hollow beating of the Pacific riders if you were sprinting for 40th place?

As Steve C said - there more to racing than beating the Pacific riders. Pacific got 4th on the day (and a disappointed 4th at that - see Ibboworld) where as I cannot find any of Big Mig's team in the results. That's not exactly going 'to haunt' anybody. I think that it's best Big Mig does his thing, Pacific do there's and let's hope both achieve their goals for the season.

Where are you racing next Big Mig? I'll look out for you in the results.

just to add my little bit, when i think of big mig, i think, wow great rider, when i think of pacific rt, i think of who they got, and it is a super team, hence why, if you can finish any off them, your doing great!!!

im not trying to be rude, only said what i had heard, and finally, only sticking up for big mig and boosting his ego because theres certain people who are trying to dent it with sly remarks!!

Good point... i finished behind Matt Swift in 27th.
No, not very impressive but hey.. it's only my 10th race.
You're right, it's either 'put up or shut up' for me. No one remembers who got 27th place do they?

Keeping it quite till the SL Easter 3 day. Trying to get some speed into these legs so i'll be on the old bore-bo (turbo) sprinting and cursing my coach till the cow's come home.

I came to watch the race and I thought it looked very unpleasant. Especially when it rained really hard, but I was in a cafe having a coffee and some fries at that point of the race.

Came back in time to see the finish and poor old Ibbo who was mega disappointed about his fourth place.

Well done all who fininshed as it looked pretty damn tough, I hope the weather is a bit warmer for this weekends races.
