time to buy a new pair of legs, can get carbon ones now :wink:









Sorry, Marco, I can't help, if only if were that easy. When does it happen? can you isolate potential causes? Is it drink related or excerise related? But you should probably follow your own good advice and see someone if it keeps happening/ gets worse or interfers with your life.

Not sure about the science, but one of the features of my hangovers is the feeling that someone has poured hot gravel into my legs.

You didn't mention that you drink plenty of water - could it be a dehydration thing?

Too much standing up in the pub? You may need to start frequenting "old man" pubs where you can sit down.

Come out with the training group on Saturday, then the following morning when you have sore legs you have a physiologically answer as to why :lol:

The beer monster waits until you are asleep and then jumps out from under your bed and jumps up and down on your legs loads of times. That can be the only explanation.

Do you also find yourself waking up next to women that you thought were fantastic the night before and then in the morning look like they would be a good training partner from East Germany, if so, this person could also be jumping up and down on your legs in an attempt to ruin your training.

If you think that neither or these are likely maybe it is dehydration or as Colin says, too much standing up. It may sound silly, but if you are in the pub or club for a long period of time standing up etc it can tire out your legs.

I went to Berlin last week and I was clubbing for a couple of nights and my legs felt awful at the weekend. Too much standing up and jigging around, unless it is the beer monster or helga.

Marco it could be the standing up. I used to play pool and snooker a bit and get home knackered. I'd think how can I feel like this playing pool, but standing up for 3 or 4 hours can be quite knackering.

Marco it's just age and dehydration.

Also stretch stretch stretch!

Even if you're not riding hard it helps to get in 3 20 min stretching sessions in a week.
