I got to ECBR at 10am, I left on my own at 10:15am.

I did a very short ride out to "Rachel's" and then home to Bromley via Keston, taking it very easily 'cos:
1 I felt like being lazy :oops:

2 I didn't want to fall and cripple myself on a solo ride.
I got home just before it started raining

I can't make it this week as I'm going to Sevenoaks to celebrate my father-in-law's birthday by eating and drinking too much at his expense.

id like to get out on the mtn bike this sunday, try and get my flat mate out as well, so if anyones up for a sunday mtb ride then i can meet at ECS at 10am.
