[quote="A (JC) Pettachi"][quote="George"]Any chance of an AP on those two laps? Wink
Adam you can indeed read Mr Tok's like a book

[quote="A (JC) Pettachi"]Yeah, I told you didn't I George!

Yeah thats me old and predictable   [quote="A (JC)Pettachi"]Toks, the Av for the race was 262w. 30mins @280w. 323w for the last 10 mins of the race. The 2ish laps, was probably more like 1 and 3/4s was around the 360w mark. Not that much compared to what I have previously recorded for the 5min bracket, but bloody hard all the same!
Thanks, Nice work Bro![quote="A (JC) Pettachi"]And yes, 2nd Cat by my 21st Birthday on the 21st May...
Cool, i hope to join you by June :D [quote="A (JC) Pettachi"]Yeah but theres more to racing than numbers ay, its more a mental I reckon...
Yes indeed, call me anal but its always nice to know roughly how much money you're gonna need on a big night out :D[quote="RobH Power Guru"]Toks, knowing what your banging out at the moment on the Kurt Kinetic you should be fine to race at this moment in time
Rob
I have no idea what you're talking about Rob  [quote]...Unless you enjoy sitting on a turbo in a cosy warm environment.
No way, not me I've been banging out 5 hour rides at 15mph is the Surrey Hills since september

Hey Sylv that sprint comes in handy, well done.

Mr Newell, ex 1st cat, was obviously using it for training so he would have been excellent company for a break. Adam you're unlucky not to get away with him anyways another race with the fast men is all good experience. You'll be flying soon enough.

After doing all this training, youve set your standards a bit low Adam - even an old man like me managed 2nd Cat by 21 May.

Adams right there more to racing then performance figures, you've got to be mental to do it.

Here I've just looked at the results again and you blokes had it easy. Only one Elite and five 1st cats to beat. You'll never get a better chance to win one of these.

Ahhhh....I have a cunning plan. On Saturday just after the organisers open up we could close the gate and put our own lock on it. Then hang a sign up saying 'Racing cancelled come back next week'. They might be a bit suspicious when we get a one two three again. If we get caught I'll say my names Mark Cole Tri Sport News? I owe him one for talking me into doing a 12 hr TT.

Actually you should say Neil S instead Keith, as Mark has his photo on the TSN site but not Neil - don't think you could pass for Mark. But then you would also have to get some of their kit which doesn't seem to suit you ...

It would be good with Stu if there could be three of us (four including Adam) on Saturday, plus maybe another few 3rd cats?

Oh and please don't tell us you haven't been training to get those legs at the moment Keith!?

I probably won't be there saturday, want some more miles in under the belt so I can really enjoy five days drinking Guiness in Dublin next week!

Do any of you actually have your official 2008 license yet anyway, or at least paid for one?
