Enjoyed the talk tonight, but was concerned like everyone when Eddie Munday Club Veteran and 24 hour TT Champ collapsed and was speedily whisked away by the ambulance.

Get Well Soon Eddy, look forward to seeing you at darts soon.

Cheers George

Blimey! Hope he is ok!

Keith and I were seriously thinking of coming, but a two hour journey for a half hour talk seemed a bit daft.

What info did Lesley give you all? Wouldn't mind a synopsis of the talk.

Lesley pretty much summed up that English food is rubbish

and you have to eat continental style, thats why they are all much faster than the brits in the tour de france.

no to pork pies and coke

yes to yogurt and honey

Also Stu learnt how not to bonk in the future, wonder if he'll heed the advice

Eddie's plight took over, and I forgot to thank Lesley for her excellent, informative presentation.

She covered things that you know, or know that you should know, and have slipped into bad habbits (CAKE!!)

Thanks Lesley :D
