for anyoen going, all races start at 7.....

so i get the 5.32 train from platform 6(i think) at clapham junction...its the same platform that goes to staines.

that arrives at syon lane at 6, ride, and be there for just before 6:30


all prefect timing..

Rob, I would advise you just to sit in the pack and not try any breaks.
Don't forget you're racing the 3-day this weekend and your body needs ample time to recover.
I won't be joining you at Hillingdon for the above reason.
