2 Free Tickets to Louise Bourgeois Exhibition @ Tate Modern

Postby Snoop Doug » Tue Jan 15, 2008 5:39 pm

Folks - I've won two tickets to the above. Last day is this Sunday and I can't make it before then (but I've seen most of it before).

This is a great opportunity to see an exhibition by a fantastic artist. LB works in mixed media - she was born in 1911 and is still going strong! Warning - some of her work is of a sexual nature and as such may not suit the puritans among us.

The Tate Modern is on the South Bank nearby to a bunch of other great attractions so you could make a real day of it.

This is a fantastic opportunity - these tickets are available free first come first served. Please don't ask for them unless you really are going to use them as I don't want them wasted.

Cheers - Snoop

Didn't realise we were so cultured. Adrian watch out for the Doris Salcedo, you dont want to trip and do yourself a mischief!

Mrs A and I went to this yesterday courtesy of Snoop Doug, and had a fine time. Thanks, Doug. 8)

(By the way, we didn't think the Doris Salcedo was all it was cracked up to be  )

Also there were Jo Brand, and Harriet and David out of the Sundays. I was particularly pleased with the latter spot, although dismayed to see that afterwards they patronised Starbuck's :x
