The Lone Trainer

Postby mrP(Boonen)VT » Wed Jan 23, 2008 10:24 am

Riding in today, my bag was quite full so decided to attach my trainers to the panier rack with a bungee cord. :D

When I got to work - only 1 remained. :x

I retraced my route all the way home, and back again to work to no avail, so if anyone sees a lonely white trainer somewhere between Croydon, Wallington, Banstead, Kingswood, please let me know

Thank you Paul, for solving the mystery of where those single shoes and trainers come from; the ones that you see at the side of the road in the middle of nowhere.

did you have to go around in your cycling shoes all day Paul ?

I'm with Jon on this one - I allways think the people who have lost shoes must have had a hell of a night out on the p*** - now I will think of Paul's bungee & trainer arrangement !
