Commuter Company Wanted

Hi, I've recently moved to Hackbridge, between Wallington and Mitcham, and I
need to get to know a route from where I live to Parliament Square. Is there
anyone who commutes this way who could help me out? I normally use the train
but now and again need to cycle in (like during train strikes!). I am fairly
confident in heavy traffic and have ridden in to London from Esher and
Sutton from time to time. I would be aiming to get into work between 8.30
