obviously i wont rape myself descending, but it is jolly fun heckling and racing past midlanders who crap themselves as soon as they see a slight downward graident
as for the riding over the top of the hill hard, is this to do with recovery and cardio? as i used to use this techniquie for running or one similar, fartlek i think it was called. would any running and swimming help or pirely concentrate on riding?
as for cwmcarn marco, wer going up there next sunday for a poke about, sadly as they wont be taping the course until frisday saturday of the event we cant ride the actual course but i suppose itd be a good idea to familiarise with the general area.....
