Yeah, they're complaining that CONI turned up to test between 23.00 and 03.00 when the WADA states that testing should occur between 07.00 and 22.00. Theres a bit on cyclingnews.
In fairness, if thats the rule, thats fair enough, right? I'd be pissed, if you came round mine wanting a blood sample at 3am Marco! lol
Riders rights an all that.
