Can I borrow a turbo trainer?

Postby Amy » Mon Feb 11, 2008 5:25 pm

Hello, some of you may have realised that I am not riding anything like I was a couple of year ago (just about the time I started going out with Huw...)

I think it may be chronic fatigue syndrome and after trying to ride through it, it seems that the best thing to do is to rest completely for a couple of weeks (which I've just been doing) and then get back cycling gradually. I don't want to overdo things as that means you may have to go back a stage - even riding over to CSS is an effort - so...

please could I borrow someone's old turbo so that I can do 10-15 mins of an evening cos I am really desperate to get back to where I was two years' ago - the 19s - and giving at least some of the blokes something to worry about as I drop them 8)

Thank you

PM me with a phone number and I'll get back to you

Amy you should borrow Stu's new turbo trainer, I'm sure he won't mind, the doctor suggested he takes at least 3 weeks off training to fully recover from his injuries
