hubba hubba hey ho let's go. Thursdays are bad for me @ the mo but with some notice I could try and get Keira looked after....

Has yon beer circus thingie shut now... :?:

If yes a new venue we doth need. Any suggestions from the Croydon Massive as to where we might go to enjoy some suppage, bonhomie, excellent chattery and a side order of jolly japes? Shock horror we could even strike out to London Town if the demand was there..... The possibilities are endless, how about celebrity basket weaving 8) or maybe even......karaoke

Bar R was the sub for the circus, and is alright. Don't know if the circus has opened again yet, a friend of Jonathan B's and Marco's was buying it. In Croydon choice is limited before you get chavy very quickly - no entry without an Elizabeth Duke half sovereign ring!

Know it well from old, haven't been there for ages. If it stays like this we can sit in the garden :D .

Fighting with the vicar - it got very messy after a disagreement over whether the body of Christ should be represented by the crisps or peanuts.

I'll have to agree The Royal Standard is the best pub in Croydon, used to go there when I worked at the college. A proper pub that sells London Pride, not sure how busy it gets in the evening used to go ,at dinner time.

When was the last do? Not including the dinner of course.

Was it the beer circus one where 40 people turned up and Graham made enough money in one night to close the place down and retire?

A good night that was :D
