I wont be joining you all on this one. Had a nightmare day today. Went out on my own and deceided to do the club run route plus a few extra miles, 35 miles in and Im in agony, kidneys feel like they've had a kicking and Im p*ssing virtually pure blood. Managed to get home despite the pain (in fact think it drove me on as I still averaged 19mph) so straight down the docs tomorrow (pains eased off a lot tonight and the bloods cleared up a lot). Hopefully be ok for a gentle club run though, see what the doc says. I'll be thinking of you all when your suffering.

My e-mail confirmation suggested that not only have NP more riders in this than we do, they also reckon they're quicker . Are the organisers playing us off against each other ?
