wow what a race!
4 addiscombe showed, rain poured worse than ever before, wind was on and off, and the lighting was well nice to watch..especially the bolts!

race was fast, about 30 in e.1.2.3, it took me 3 laps just to catch the race, and 5 to get comfortable..i was too busy trying to keep warm that i missed the start!

i caught on, battled on.

2 laps to go, i noticed a break away ahead, i stuck the bike into 20th gear and hammered from the top of the hill to the end of teh back straight and caught the group consisting of taylor atkins doel and a few other big names...come the sprint, i started gaining on the big guys, the some t*at from norwood paragon pulled out in front of me and blew so almost stopped..trully peed off, i managed to get around him, and regian some speed, over take some, but lost momentum to catch taylor...all in the space of the hill...WOW

took 6th so got a point as second cat and once again, performed well to show my addiscombe colours.

in the 4th cat race
neil robertson took and impressive 9th for his first tuesday and only second race, and our famous toks i heard took 2nd...slow that tiger down!

Hey a great performance Rob! you're really mixing it with the big boys. Shame that some 'bozo' messed up your sprint...In the 4ths I was about 9th/10th on the final bend and a similar thing happened. During the bunch sprint this guy totally lost control and sent me way off line. Oh well thats racing!!
