Ted Pepper 10K Running Race Mon 3rd May 2004

I'm probably going to do this to try and get my running in a bit better shape. Its a flat course mostly on roads so should be good for a fast time/PB ! Starting and finishing in Langley Park Boys School I think, Entry on the Day is available (thats what I'm doing) but there is a 250 limit.
