Came off my mountain bike whilst attempting a jump in Bedgebury Forest on Friday!!!!! It was a pretty stupid thing to do on the basis I was out cycling with my 7 year olds cycling club!!! Very sore, my right leg is a fantastic hue of blues and blacks - I have no skin on my elbow and sore shoulders to boot!!!

The kids were all impressed though cos they thought I was attempting a 360

So there goes my annual falling off - should be a 'falling off free' rest of the year!!

What's Bedgebury like at the moment?

Last time I went it was really wet and boggy virtually the whole way round... That put me off going back!

Bedgebury is absolutely fantastic!! Some mud but easily avoidable!! We were led by one of the Bedgebury CC coaches - needless to say, he made it all look so bloody easy!!!

Ripped lycra and colourful legs seem to be all the rage this month so you'll look very chic. :D
Only going for a 360  , lack of ambition there.

Hope it doesn't hurt too much and heals quickly.

Well really, you can't take her anywhere.
A woman of a, ahem, certain age, should know better than attempting jumps on a bike  .
