a Brighton ride that is....

This Saturday (1st) day before Mothers Day (reminder) I will be taking a ride to Brighton, with lunch on the seafront. This will be a leisurely affair (I know, I can hear the laughter from here) but seriously my form is steadily improving , but not yet up to last year's standard.

Also, I have to be at an appointment in Horsham at 2:00pm, so the schedule is:

Leave CSS at 8:30 am sharp
Lunch 11:15 - 12:15
Horsham 2:00

You'll do anything to hold on that tenner . I remember on last years vintage car run when Chris and I recognised the route back as the one we'd done from Bognor you all of a sudden through a few twists in at the end to throw us.

This Saturday was going to be my first forray into the 19mph group but I think that a ride to Brighton and back sounds good.....my first of the year......and I dont need to ask for special permission because the missus isn't here !!

I've been riding with the 17s on Saturday and the 18s a couple of times.

I assume I'd be ok.......or will the rest of you be vanishing over the horizon by the time I reach Merstham?
