As luck would have it I was asked to attend a meeting in Hever today. I rode over. Nice ride - lovely sunny day but boy, did I struggle to stay upright!! I was blown to the four corners of Kent. Imagine how twitchy snoop coped with the downhills out on the open plains of the Kentish Hills Be careful out there y'all.

The pic is the ride out. I had the garmin in me pocket and forgot to turn it back on for the return leg

Nice jaggedy pictures - that seems to be about the top and bottom of it . I like the HR zone stuff and there's a great beta software thingie on motionbased.com that shows you pootling about the route. We're getting used to each other, awwwww
