oh dear. oh deary deary dear. OK did it this morning.
I think I'm a little off the pace! (too embarrassed to say exactly how fast, er, slow), although I do have my excuses ready.

was rather windy. (at one point a crosswind blew me from secondary to primary position)
hence there were bits of wood and twigs all over the road.
and it was wet.
especially on the corners under the trees.
oh and I've still got a horrible cold.
