ACC Buffs?

Postby Sylv » Tue Mar 04, 2008 3:01 pm

I think it was Monty, who threw that idea at the committee while we were discussing ACC paraphernalia, I use one of those multi-purpose bandana-type thingies everyday in the winter (ok it's not the best timing); I gotta say some of the ideas I've heard in the past were pretty far-fetched but this one sounds like an excellent one;

I came across this:

http://sportingtriangle.com/Buff_Custom ... Prices.pdf

A cost of £9.64 apiece for 50 to 75 units, £6.98 for 100 to 125, 10 working days for delivery

I'm thinking black background with a multitude of small yellow round ACC logos?

I'd be happy to pay £10 for one (if I didn't already have two!), so sell them for that price and it could even return a small profit to the club.

I'm particularly fond of the polar buff's for winter... until I mislaid my last one on a train at the start of December. when it's 6am and icy you can pull the fleece up to just under your eyes.

Yeh I'd have one of these for a tenner, I'd actually pay £15 if there are only lower numbers required.
Adrian have you tried one on? I think they're a one size fits all type thing. I've got one of the polar ones, which I actually find too hot so it hardly sees daylight(or night), and it fits okay on my 16" neck. Might be a bit tight if you're much over that.

I just thought it was funny that they'd have those two sizes - adult and medium - instead of, say, small and large or junior and adult. The term 'medium' suggests something either side of it in size - ie small and large.

Anyway, I'd also pay a tenner or so for one of these. Would it make the NC bandana redundant? I'd hate that to happen :wink:

how old is she? is she french? i went out with a french girl a couple of years ago. if you want her to come into school all happy and smiling get her number for me! :wink:

My best friend has actually been seeing his french teacher for quite some time now as it happens! She might seem scary now Mo, but I guarantee when she ain't got her 'teacher hat' on she'll be a completely different woman, the one my friend is seeing certainly is!
