Who is? Your French teacher or your mum?

(Why am I getting drawn into this? )

Er, coming back to the buffs (though the French teacher distraction gives rise to some interesting thoughts) - they sound just the thing for we baldies. When's the Club order going in?

If this catches on, can imagine the scene outside Regalinos. Might stop the traffic!

I think, that it will have to go through the committee, which just met on Monday, and the next one is not until May (by then it should be nice and hot perfect for a Buff ...)

At least by then I can come up with a design, a confirmation by the manufacturer, and a (pending committee approval) list of pre-orders, to get an idea of which quantity to order (knowing that a single big order will cost us less).

Regarding Butlers I'm not sure how that could work regarding profits etc, it's probably best to hand them at the café like it's been done with the T-shirts - I imagine people who will want one will be people who ride their bikes.

You knows it Mo.....I had a real c*w of a French teacher @ skool - French she was. Now I quite like most French folk I meet but not this one. As I went into the exam hall to do my French O level, Mme Ananin leant over to me and whispered (faux French accent) you weel fayl, Shaow. I got a B for written and an A for spoken, yeah bitch!!!

What a sh*t thing to say to a student on the way into an exam, tchoh!

lol.

she's not evil that way (ur teacher is just a c*w, simple as), she's evil because its her h.w. that takes up ages, and her lessons are boring, and so on. But with her u know u wont fail! She's a c*w when it comes to thinking of the students when excluding their french learning.

I had a bit of a dozy French teacher in my 5th year (don't know what they call that these days - final year anyway), nice bloke just not exactly alert.

The classroom we had our lesson in also doubled as the 5th year common room so had tea making stuff in it. We had this game where four of us took it in turns to do a lap of the room and move something on the way round, if you got caught you were out, last man standing was the winner.

On our best day we started off easily by gradually moving one of those roller blackboards on wheels from the front to the back of the room, but before the end of the lesson had got the kettle out the cupboard, filled it with water, moved it to the back of the room, plugged it in and got it boiling before being spotted.

Back to the Buffs I think your pre-order way would be good Sylv to get the best price, round it up a bit as there are bound to be some who see them and then decide they want one.

How confusing? I thought this was a thread about "well fit" ACC peeps getting together :D . My French teacher wasn't french but she was gorgeous. In the fifth year French CSE exams, now year 11 Andrew, she actually wrote out the answers to some of the questions for me :D :D

The looker was the music teacher who joined when I was in the 4th year, wonderfully named Miss. Lovelace - not Linda though.

Despite not being able to carry a tune even if it had handles there was a large uptake for the choir from the hormone ravaged boys that year :D .

My French teacher was a Welsh bloke called Mr Thomas, who also taught us rugby.
So if I sound like Huw when I'm speaking French that explains why.
