Lol, well my photo is the same old dodgy one that I've pulled out of my last couple of licenses. But it still has Addiscombe cc on it!

Which for the the requirement of 'Acc Racer', i believe is sufficient! Besides, I paid my subs a long time ago, bet theres many on the CR that can't say that

uh no...anyway how do I renew my licence, do I have to renew my whole membership, or can I just get a renewed licence straight?

BC website sonny... and yes, the BC membership has to run for the whole period of the licence. For example, my licence runs out on the 31st December, but my membership runs out on the 4th August 2009!
