It had to happen - the sequel

Postby mrP(Boonen)VT » Thu Mar 06, 2008 2:32 pm

Off we go again, NOT this Saturday, as I'll be enjoying myself going round in circles with George and Stu etc for company (well at the start at least  ), but next week, on the 15th.

As fate would have it, I also have an appointment in Horsham at 2:30pm, so will peel off on the way back.

Will have to leave sharp at 8:30am CSS this time, even if Tamar is coming

Slight variation on last weeks route, so watch out.....

SCCU Sporting 21 the following day so won't be able to make this one. No matter what you say Paul THERE IS NO WAY I'M DOING A BRIGHTON AND BACK THE DAY BEFORE, although I expect you're also doing the TT and then riding out to the TT on Sunday  .

 Of course there is, but no doubt "don't worry I know a good route".

You've rumbled my real motive. It might need a bit of a wash, but I quite fancy my chances of finding it.

Perhaps I was hasty throwing the other one away?

There's a portal to that dimension in my washing machine

I'm convinced that if I unplugged my washing machine it would still work - extracting its energy from all the socks it's eaten over the years.

Anyhoo, since Mrs I controversially exercised her (very limited) veto last time round, I reckon I should be up for this.

Paul, is this ride still on? I've just checked the weather and things are looking up. Yesterday it predicted heavy rain for saturday now it just says drizzle so hopefully when I check it again later it'll say heatwave!

Last time I looked on Metcheck, it seemed as if we'll be dry for most of the day - might just get a sprinkle as we come back into the Smoke.

I won't be there if it is raining when i leave, but the latest forecast shows the showers coming in later in the day and I can cope with that.
