Not that Keith has necessarily punctured a lot but he must have changed a few tubs in his time. The Scot in GBs said from his racing days he could change a tub in 45 seconds but a clincher took him 4-5 minutes.

I don't anticipate puncturing every race or being a team qualifier, it's more to finish and not lose too much time for a 50 / 100 and the longer SPOCO events where I'd rather lose a couple of minutes than have to do another 40-50mile sporting TT to make sure I qualify.
