If anyone, like me, is finding it harder to track down Sidi shoes - especial MTB ones (Cycles Dauphin used to do them as well as road), you may like this

At the moment they only do mail order but they are working on a shop for their business in Battersea :D

I am a recent convert to Sidi's after struggling with Specialized & Shimano's ....
I have a cheap pair of Specialized for use on my Trek but found the next level up ( Road Comp's i think - not carbon ), too narrow in a size 43 ..
So I bought the top of the range Shimano ( R something 300's ? the heat formable ones ), and the only size that fitted was a 44 -or so I thought... Trying to get them to fit right I was doing them up too tight and crippling my feet .. I eventually gave up , went back to Condor and tried loads of shoes on - finally settled on a pair of ' mega fit ' Sidi's .. They look a bit big but fit v well and are extremely comfortable - highly recomended for people with wider feet..

Which means I have a pair of the top of the range Shimano's, in silver - v bling, light use only, which have not been heat formed / vacummed, with the inserts and receipt to get rid of . These are size 44 , Fitted with Time RXS cleats - cost £ 195 odd going to any ACC member with narrow size 44 feet ! for say , £30 ? - you can take them back to Condor with the inserts & receipt and get them to heat & vacuum them for you..
anyone interested please pm me - I should be out on Sat morning & helping out at the JBS race
