Apparantly the Czechs like to drink it back in the old country - its a mix of the imported Budwar Lite and Dark, hence half and half and hence the name of the place - its only the strength of a regular lager so you've got nothing to worry about on that front

I was close to going on a trial run last night - especially when I met Mr Rob Crozier heading up there, but the lunchtime training session kicked in when I got home and I fell asleep in front of the track racing

Woke up an hour later with a warm cat on my chest and 3 gold medals

Very good evening. Great place and good booze, Good to meet Sarah this evening. Budvar dark = thumbs up, and the half and half was nice too - not the rocket fuel I expected from a Huw recommendation .

Guttet I missed this social.

I marshaled the JBS race and and rode home with Steve and Matt, we had bags on our backs and the weather was not our best friend. At 8pm Saturday night I didn't even have the energy to reach over to the phone to book a cab to go out

Can't wait for the next one, Book it soon so I can sort a cab out now please
