Steve Dennis Stag Night Details

Postby chriscolford » Tue Jun 15, 2004 8:56 pm

Steve's staggy-do-thingy kicks off at around 8pm at the Slug and Lettuce in Clapham. I am told that you get there by turning left out of Clapham Junction Station. As previously advised, the revelry is to take place this Friday, June 18th. But don't be too late, as the revellers are likely to move on to somewhere even more fashionable during the course of the evening.

Yeah, the S&L is literally 2 or 3 doors down from the train station. You won't miss it!

I'm not sure...

They have blokes on the door at the weekends, but I'd expect a lot of the Clapham crew to be wearing trainers.

If it's a problem, then there's a normal pub a couple of doors down that you could go to.

yeah.

Nothing fancy here.... you know what bars can be like with dress code so i guess its just matter of being sensible. In this heat I'll be in 'sneakers' - "Oh God it's started!!!"lol

Looking forward to seeing you.

Steve

PS US Postal are being replaced with Discovery Channel and will take over mid season - see http://www.cyclingnews.com for more

Yeah just not white trainers!. (which you should never wear anyway unless going to the gym)

If there is a problem Project orange (turn right out of Clapham Junction station) is a good bar with no dress code (only open til 11 though  )
