So for me, 158x2 = 316.
Which is approx what I was doing weekly up to Feb. (give or take 50 miles)
Reckon I maintained at least 6 pints per week too in that time, and it seems to have served me ok...
So to summarise, double the mileage, half the alcohol... hey presto
