Hey guys, hows it going? Is everyone ready for the big one? I'm planning to do my last long ride in the surrey hills on sunday. Not a big distance (60-75mls) coz its time to wind things down!. I'm just wondering how many of us are doing it and will everyone be in Agreeable colours on the day...Oh and just in case you're not sure how much suffering is involved on July 11th - here's a little reminder. Hi Toks,

Max and I are doing the Etape. We will be in our Addiscombe colours so may see you out and about on the course. I have not done any serious long distance training, but am hoping that the five day race will have given me the stamina to get through. I have done a couple of 100 milers and not felt too bad so should be ok.
