[quote="Snoop Doug"][quote="city"]I am as awake as an owl. Has anyone else suffered with this problem, if so do you know the remedy?

Real owls get round this usually by eating mice and suchlike. I'm not suggesting you do the same - but thinking about it may put you off further owl like tendencies...?

LOL Yep point taken. :o

Hi Steph.

I bet you wish you'd never asked now  . Not sleeping is your bodies way of trying to tell you in a nice way that you need to get straight on your Turbo Trainer or do 500 push ups, you can choose. Welcome to the mad club, cluck cluck jibber jibber my old man's a mushroom......

Not sleeping, woah. Personally, I'd try to tire myself out immensely and become so shattered I could drop anywhere.

Must admit I haven't had this happen but what keeps me awake at night is late evening training, so I adjusted my training to early morning and have had no problems since.
