Hi guys and girls. Just a quick thanks to everyone who put up with on my first ride with you lot on sunday. I did feel most welcome . Was loads of fun despite the weather.
I felt shattered Saturday and Sunday. So hopefully will be fighting fit for the race at Hillingdon tommorow.

Well done Deke, as your fitness improves you'll recover sooner and be able to repeat the same effort on the Sunday too eventually
