Just a quick word...thanks to all the ACC peeps that turned out to support us last night: Adrian, Orv, Marky Mark, Daniel, Marco and his dog. In my own case I haven't quite got my crit legs yet but crikey that was a fast 3/4 race. When compared with the 3/4 race at Hillingdon a couple of weeks ago it was like 17s v traing group. In the 3/4 race I thought myself, Hal and Kieran all rode well at the front - Matt also did well and was unfortunate to get dropped.
Myself H and K helped cause the bunch split and stayed in the top 10 most of the time. I thought Kieran was incredibly strong last night (2 x 20's baby!!!) and if he's still a 4th cat by the end of the summer he's only got himself to blame ...George and Stu rode in the E12's and George had a good go trying to duke it out for 4th in the bunch sprint. A fuller and more quirkier report will follow in my blog tomorrow after my venture tonight at Hillingdon with the vets or 'Oldies but Goodies' (OBG's) as I think we should be called. Last but not least well done commissionaire Paul Tunnel - that looked pretty confusing god know how you sort out the results
