How careful are people with what they eat?
Generally careful eating well, but not overdoing it?
Overdoing it a little too often?
Or obsessively anaysing the fat/salt/sugar/calorie content of every single item that passes your lips?
I've certainly been a lot more careful and knowledgeable about my diet since I started cycling... but I do tend to succumb to a curry too many, and have been known to accidentally deplete a family size bag of yoghurt raisins in an afternoon, and if something looks good/new/exciting/different/chocolatey then calorific content comes a secondary consideration.
How am I doing? Normal or not committed enough?
