Has the road & rack season ended already?

Excuse my ignorance but don't you own a track bike & isn't Herne Hill on Monday's & Wednesday's?

Please don't tell me that after your little run-in with a traffic cone you've decided to call it a day, because that'd be a waste of talent!

Get off your backside, get on your bike and come race.... what have you got to lose? A little more skin but you'll gain a lot of respect.

ah brett, you are alive.. you been away?

Rob, get off your lily white arse and get back into a race.
training on FRIDAY? surely thats a rest day, with racing on saturday...
so youve had a couple of weeks to pick fluff from your belly button, but its no excuse to go back to training only rides. you wont have lost much fitness at all, and hopefully you will have been doing plenty of stretching and maybe some turbo work to keep your legs turning to avoid seizing up, especially if you did your knee/s in the crash.
Are you a chick who digs bikes? then have a look at the ladies email group by clicking the www button below.
