Just gels and jelly babies, but that was a bad plan for such a long race. By half-way I was dying for something savoury, and on the last two laps had stomach pains and felt like puking. Will write full report.
Fantastic result Sylv. The 12hr should be a breeze! For savoury snacks I can recommend small cold boiled potatoes with some salt on them....mmmm tasty.
